What the subscription provides
Quote Desk saves up to 500 quotes and presets in one email account. You can reopen them across devices, select saved jobs for a capacity plan, print estimates and export records. The basic estimator is free. This tool does not digitize artwork, control machines, guarantee production time or guarantee profit.
Price and renewal
The proposed price is US $19 per month. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Any applicable tax must be disclosed at checkout. There is no paid trial, setup service or physical product included. Checkout uses Stripe; Eidos Works does not receive your card number.
Cancellation and failed payments
Use “Manage billing / cancel” in your signed-in workspace. Configure normal cancellation to take effect at the end of the paid period before launch. Failed or unpaid renewals suspend new saves. Saved records remain readable, exportable and deletable after cancellation. Deleting your account cancels this product's subscriptions immediately and removes its workspace.
Refunds
Contact Eidos Works about duplicate charges or a product that did not provide its described access. A full refund or payment dispute ends paid access and cancels the related subscription. This does not remove access to export your saved records. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law continue to apply.
Planning assumptions and data
You supply and review machine speed, efficiency, handling time, labor, overhead, materials and desired margin. The model treats setup, stitching and handling as sequential and excludes taxes and payment processing costs. Spoilage covers materials only. Validate the model against measured jobs and review every estimate before sharing it.
Support and changes
Use the Eidos Works contact page for billing or product issues. No custom implementation, guaranteed response time or consulting is included. Material changes to subscription pricing require advance customer notice and should not silently change existing subscription prices.
